Shrimp scampi is a go-to weeknight meal because shrimp thaws and cooks so quickly, and it only uses a few simple ingredients that I always have around! It’s garlicky, bright, and comforting all at the same time in 20 minutes or less! You will be making it on repeat!
All you’ll need:
Shrimp (obviously)
Garlic garlic garlic!
Shallots (optional, but always delicious)
Butter and/or olive oil (I like to use both)
Lemons
White wine
Parsley
