Ingredients
- 2 cup finely shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 green onion finely diced
Instructions
- Shred chicken
- For dressing, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, zest and juice of lemon, both mustards, and a pinch of salt and pepper until completely smooth
- In a larger bowl, mix chicken with dressing and green onions
- Eat cold on a sandwich or with crackers
