Antipasto Tapenade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup marinated artichokes
  • 1 cup manzanilla olives, stuffed with pimentos
  • 1.5 oz salame
  • 1.5 oz provolone
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar could use red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • Crackers of choice

Instructions
 

  • Chop artichokes, pimento stuffed olives, salame, and provolone as fine as possible. Think minced garlic small
  • Mix chopped artichokes, olives, pimentos, salame, and provolone with 1 tbsp of oil from artichokes, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Serve with toast points, crackers, or bread
