Guaranteed Juicy Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 medium zucchini shredded
  • 1/2 red onion finely diced (1/3 cup green onion works too)
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Do not squeeze out any moisture from your vegetables - that’s what is going to make the burger so juicy!
  • Over medium high heat, add 2 T olive oil and 2 T butter
  • Sear burgers and flip once brown
  • Add cheese and remove once cheese is melted. Cover if needed to fully melt
  • Eat with toppings of your choice! I like avocado, Mayo, tomato, and hot sauce
